“You become what occupies your thoughts.” The only thing standing between you and significant success is you! If you really want to win in life, you must manage your habits. What are your habits? They are the routine things we do day after day. Even before you were born, your thoughts and habits were being formed. Some of those thoughts and habits linger in our minds—years later. How can you feel powerful enough to succeed when your way of thinking may be holding you back? Managing Your Mindset is an interactive presentation that helps you to begin digging into the roadblocks in your mind in order to tear them down. You can have whatever you want in life when you set your mind to it. Let’s begin your journey to even greater success!

In this workshop you will become aware that:
• Your thoughts control your actions
• You can manage your thoughts and change your habits
• Whatever you want to accomplish in your life, you can.

There's a lot of information out there about the various COVID-19 vaccines, how they work, what their side effects might be and how they can be accessed.

The good news is that Jenee Padmore of The Clarendon Alliance and The Northern Virginia Family Service's COVID-19 Outreach Campaign is here to dispel the myths and share the most up-to-date facts!

She has evidence-based, culturally-sensitive materials that can be easily customized and shared on social media. This campaign also has a speaker's bureau of local health care providers who can engage our most underserved communities in live events and educational opportunities.

This event was held Thursday, May 27 from 1 - 2 p.m. via Zoom.

Connect with Jenee at for more information on accessing the social media materials, hosting a town hall meeting or coordinating a medical professional's participation in a community event through the speakers' bureau.
